Officers from the St. Petersburg Police Department continue to investigate a fatal crash.
The crash occurred at approximately 2:40 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2022.

According to investigators, a truck towing a landscaping equipment trailer was traveling south on Tyrone Blvd when it turned east , crossing in front of a motorcycle that was traveling north on Tyrone Blvd.
The motorcycle and the truck collided near Winchester Road North.

The motorcyclist, an adult male, died at the scene. The victim’s name will be released once investigators reach next of kin.
The other driver, who was not injured, stopped and is cooperating with the investigation.
Tyrone Blvd remains closed from 13th Avenue North to Winchester Road for the investigation.
