LARGO, Fla. — The Largo Police Department announced the arrest of a 28-year-old former hospital employee accused of sexually battering two vulnerable adult patients at HCA Florida Largo Hospital.
According to police, Se’Jour Deangelo Fulks of Clearwater was arrested on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, and charged with three counts of sexual battery involving mentally defective victims. Investigators said the alleged incidents occurred while Fulks was employed as a patient care technician at HCA Florida Largo West Hospital on Indian Rocks Road from January 2026 through May 2026.
Detectives developed probable cause during the investigation that Fulks sexually battered patients on multiple occasions inside a locked mental health unit at the hospital, according to arrest affidavits.
One victim told investigators the suspect allegedly entered his room on multiple nights in April and performed sexual acts without consent while the patient was involuntarily committed in the behavioral health unit, according to the affidavits. Investigators also stated surveillance video showed Fulks entering patient rooms and remaining inside longer than required for his job duties.
A second victim reported that Fulks allegedly performed unwanted sexual acts during and after what began as a massage while the patient was receiving treatment in the same unit, according to investigators. Police said the victim later alerted hospital staff.
Authorities said the charges involve two separate victims and incidents that allegedly occurred in April 2026. Fulks was booked into the Pinellas County Jail on May 12, with a zero-bond listed on the arrest paperwork.
