Two Westbound Lanes of SR 580 to Close Near Countryside Mall

CLEARWATER — Two of the three westbound lanes of State Road 580 in north Clearwater will close beginning at noon Wednesday, August 19, 2026, as crews investigate a water main leak.

The closure will affect SR 580 across from Countryside Mall and is expected to remain in place for an undetermined amount of time.

Westbound motorists should anticipate delays and use an alternate route if possible. No estimated reopening time has been announced.
