Clearwater Police investigating fatal crash on Missouri Avenue at Jeffords Street

Members of the Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue responded to reports of a vehicle crash at approximately 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, November 13, 2021. The crash occurred in the northbound lanes of Missouri Avenue at Jeffords Street.

One person died at the scene of crash. Witnesses reports the crash involved a wheelchair which was left in the roadway.

The northbound lanes will be closed for the next several hours during the investigation.

Additional information will be available if/when released by the Clearwater Police Department.
