Death investigation underway after accident at Largo office building

Largo Police continue to investigate after a death at an office building located at 17755 Hwy US-19.

The call for service at the Bayside Center building was shortly after 2 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2020.

Limited details are available but the victim was killed in what is being called an industrial accident.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) was notified and taking part in the investigation.

As of 8 p.m., technical rescue crews remained on-scene.
