Detectives Arrest Largo Man for Possession of Child Pornography
Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit have arrested 43 year-old Gregory Richard Scott of Largo for Possession of Child Pornography.
Scott was arrested at the Pinellas County Safety Complex at approximately 1:10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2018.
According to detectives, their investigation began in June 25, 2018, after receiving information that Scott was in possession of child pornography.
Through various investigative techniques, detectives were able to recover numerous images depicting child pornography from the home computer and USB drive.
Detectives arrested Scott and charged him with 10 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
Scott was transported to the Pinellas County Jail without further incident.
The investigation continues.
