FHP Looking For Hit & Run Driver That Seriously Injured Pedestrian In Seminole

At approximately 1:35 AM on Thursday, April 23, 2015, crews from Seminole Fire Rescue responded to a vehicle crash near the intersection of Seminole Blvd and 102nd Avenue.
Arriving crews located 18 year-old Thomas R. King of Seminole who was seriously injured. King was transported as a trauma alert to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg via Sunstar Paramedics.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), King was walking on the northbound sidewalk on Seminole Blvd just north of 102nd Avenue N.
The suspect vehicle was traveling northbound on Seminole Blvd and traveled onto the sidewalk striking King. The vehicle fled the scene following the collision.
