The driver of the Honda was killed at the scene of the crash.  He has been identified as 32 year-old Rodney Keith Bell of Riverview.  The preliminary report from FHP indicates Bell was not wearing a seat-belt at the time of the crash.

Petraits was transported to Tampa General Hospital with critical injuries and according to FHP, she was impaired at the time of the crash and also not wearing her seat-belt.

Charges are pending and the investigation continues.
