Firefighters Battling Fire in Storage Facility at Clearwater Apartment Complex

Clearwater & Fire Rescue Department was dispatched to a structure fire at the Bay Cove Apartments at 19135 US Hwy 19 in Clearwater.

The incident was at approximately 5:20 p.m. on Sunday, January 27, 2019.

According to Clearwater Fire Rescue, the fire was located in a non-residential area of the apartment complex, in a facility that is used partially for storage and partially for laundry facilities.

No residents have been displaced, and no injuries have occurred.

Crews from multiple agencies remain on scene at this time.
