Husband, wife dead in an apparent murder suicide in St. Petersburg

Detectives are currently investigating an apparent murder suicide after a couple was found earlier this morning.

The couple was found at approximately 8:40 a.m. on Monday, June 14, 2021 after police officers were called to check the welfare of the couple who lived at 5030 40th Avenue North.

Police say that the couple was found deceased with gunshot wounds.

The preliminary investigation points to a murder suicide when 58 year-old Ronald Arthur White shot and killed his wife, Bobette Marcella White, then
shot himself.

It has been almost 13 years since the inception of IONTB.
