Motorcyclist injured in crash on Gulf to Bay Boulevard

Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue are on scene of a crash with injuries at Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard and Lake Avenue.

Eastbound lanes are closed at this time. Westbound traffic is not affected.

The call came in just before 7 this evening. The crash involved a car and a motorcyclist; the motorcyclist was taken to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg for treatment.

Injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

It has been almost 13 years since the inception of IONTB.
