School Bus Arriving at Oak Grove Middle Involved in Crash

Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue responded to a crash involving  a school bus shortly after 4 p.m. today on Belcher Road in front of Oak Grove Middle School.

Police say, there were no students on the bus at the time of the crash, as the bus was arriving at Oak Grove at dismissal time.

The collision occurred as the bus was attempting to turn in to the school.

No injuries were reported.

There were lane closures in the 1300 block of South Belcher Road for a time because the car was wedged  under the bus.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation
