On Monday, December 20, 2021 at approximately 3:50 p.m., a man walked into a Regions Bank, 3399 66th St. N., and passed a note to the teller demanding money.
He implied he had a weapon but didn’t show it. He left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He was described as 6 feet tall, with brown hair and scratches on his face.
The St. Petersburg Police Department announced an arrest in the case. 31 year-old Charles (Chad) Raschar was arrested on Tuesday, December 21, 2021. He is charged with robbery (firearm implied).
