Crews from Largo Fire Rescue responded to reports of a structure fire shortly before noon today.  The reported fire was at the Belle Oak Villa neighborhood at 3605 El Camino Court.  This neighborhood is located on Belcher Road between East Bay Drive and Ulmerton Road.

Early reports indicated smoke showing from the roof line.  Crews entered the structure and extinguished a fire in the kitchen area.  Ventilation was initiated in two of the units in order to clear the residual smoke.

The occupants were not home at the time of the fire and its cause is currently under investigation.

It has been almost 13 years since the inception of IONTB.
