Crews from Clearwater Fire & Rescue were dispatched to 400 Mandalay Avenue in Clearwater Beach at approximately 7:20 p.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2018.

Bayflite has been dispatched to transport the subject to a trauma center for further medical care.
