Sunstar Ambulance Rollover Crash in Clearwater
A vehicle crash involving a Sunstar Ambulance has currently closed the intersection of Drew Street and Fort Harrison Avenue in Clearwater, Florida.
The crash occurred at about 7 a.m. on Monday, May 29, 2017.
Preliminary information received Clearwater Police indicates the other vehicle involved in the crash ran a red light and struck the ambulance.
The Sunstar unit did not have a patient inside and was not responding to a call at the time.
No injuries were reported and the investigation continues.
The roadway was reopened at approximately 8:30 a.m.
