On March 6, 2023, shortly before 5 p.m., the Tarpon Springs Police Department responded to a single-vehicle crash at 43380 U.S. Hwy 19 North.
Upon the officer’s arrival, they found a single vehicle had crashed into a pole, which was holding up the large billboard-type sign.

Kevin Edwards, a 44-year-old white male from Holiday, Florida, was the sole occupant and registered owner of the vehicle. Mr. Edwards was transported to Advent Health of North Pinellas, where he succumbed from his injuries.
