A teacher at Starkey Elementary was arrested on Monday, May 20, 2019.  The school is located at 9300 86th Avenue N in Seminole.

Parents were notified that a gun was found in the teacher’s bag on campus.  

The 49 year-old woman involved, Betty Soto, is listed as a fourth grade teacher at the school.
