Trooper involved in vehicle crash on Ulmerton Road

Vehicle crash sent FHP Trooper into a pole on Ulmerton Road

Fire rescue crews responded to reports of a vehicle crash that occurred in the westbound lanes of Ulmerton Road just west of Feather Sound Drive. The crash occurred at approximately 8:35 p.m. on August 7, 2022

The crash, involving an FHP cruiser, closed all westbound lanes of Ulmerton Road. Two teens were transported from the scene as trauma alerts along with one adult as a routine transport.

The crash involved a Hyundai sedan which remained on Ulmerton Road and the FHP vehicle that appeared to crash into a pole before stopping off the roadway.
