Vehicle vs pedestrian on Ulmerton Road – Serious Injuries

About 8:50pm this evening units from the Pinellas Park Fire Department were dispatched to a report of a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. The pedestrian was declared a trauma alert and transported by Sunstar to a local trauma center for further treatment. Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) is conducting an investigation into the cause of the crash. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s office protected the scene until FHP arrived to begin their investigation. Only one westbound lane on Ulmerton remained open during the investigation.

The crash occurred in the westbound lanes in front of 3507 Ulmerton Road.
