49-year-old Victor Sean Dennison of California was taken into custody after an hours-long FBI operation on Monday, April 22, 2024
The incident occurred at the Woodlake Condominiums at 2074 Sunset Point Road in Clearwater, Florida.
Dennison failed to appear for trial in June of 2023, and an arrest warrant was issued.
He was booked into the Pinellas County Jail at 10:32 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024.
He is facing charges the following charges in connection with his January 6, 2021 activities at the US Capital.
-Entering and remaining on restricted building or grounds.
-Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds
-Violent entry and disorderly conduct in Capital grounds
-Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building
