Pinellas Deputies Detained Four Subjects in Palm Harbor After Driver Crashed Stolen Car
A Pinellas Deputy located a vehicle that was reported stolen driving on US-19 near Curlew Road at about 2:30pm on Sunday, September 3, 2017.
The deputy followed the vehicle eastbound on Curlew Road at regular speeds while awaiting backup and arrival of air support.
The driver of the stolen Infinity made a u-turn heading back toward US-19.
The driver of the car crashed into the car wash on the northeast corner of US-19 and Curlew Rd.
Two subject were taken into custody quicky and two others were located nearby shortly thereafter.
Many pieces of evidence were being removed from the vehicle by technicians.
