INDIAN ROCKS BEACH – Deputies have issued a Silver Alert for 78-year-old Arturo Felix Ortega.
According to deputies, Ortega was last seen on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 1604 1st Street in Indian Rocks Beach around 1:00 p.m. Ortega is believed to have left his residence in a 2017 white Ford Explorer bearing Florida tag VA6NV.
Ortega is described as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black flannel shirt and jeans.
Ortega suffers from dementia and has been entered into FCIC/NCIC as a Missing/Endangered Adult. If you have any information about Ortega’s whereabouts, you are asked to contact law enforcement immediately.
