Silver alert issued for Seminole man

Update: Kuan Wong was located by Pinellas Park Police Department and was reunited with his family.

On Thursday, August 12, 2021, deputies from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office issued a Silver Alert for 76-year-old Kuan Wong of Seminole.

According to investigators, Wong was last seen by his family on the evening of August 11, 2021 going to bed. When family members woke up this morning, they discovered that he was missing.

Wong is believed to be driving a 2015 Silver Prius, bearing Florida tag ETNB05. Wong, who suffers from dementia, frequents the local Home Depot, Walmart, and Asian Food Mart.

He is described as an Asian male, 5’05” tall, medium build, wearing a teal polo shirt and blue jeans.

Wong has been entered into FCIC/NCIC as a Missing/Endangered Adult.

If you have any information on Wong’s whereabouts, you are asked to notify law enforcement immediately.
