Investigators say that 52 year-old Anna Walker-Parisi was driving her 2022 Toyota Tacoma when she struck both Blloshmi and 47 year-old Stela Mema as she was turning left onto Edgewater Drive.

Blloshmi was being assisted by Mema to cross Edgewater Drive, in a designated crosswalk, at the time of the crash.

The driver of the SUV remained at the scene and investigators do not believe that impairment or speed were factors in the crash.
